Ideation, out of interest what is it you do exactly?? You seem to have a lot to say about everything on every topic going but yet (without searching) i have failed to read anything really of value, in terms of your fieldsport endevours. I would love to have a read about these long lamping shifts over the summer and the hard work that goes in to them as would most of the people on here. Try find a wireworkers local to yourself, failing that find an engineering fabrication firm and they could order you it in. Twenty to thirty plus nicker per sheet depending on the guage. That price is for non plated.

Cage traps can be effective, i have no problems with mine, they account for good numbers every year. Drop boxes are good provided you have fenced/netted up all the other routes. It is possible to snare if you put stops on your wires Horses for courses!!

I wouldn't put it past them to have people who have dogs Impounded have to produce their licence to get their dogs back or RSPCA asking for licence if they turn up at your door with the police Again, with a bill for impound fees and at least a weeks worth of charges for bed and board. It could be a real money spinner for local authoritys. Could have its benefits if the licencing and microchipping scheme were combined but its still a money maker at the end of the day

I found deben chargers are ok for nothing more than 7ah batterys. I sacked deben chargers off a while ago, but more because i increased the ah in the batterys i was using. I bought one of these on the link below, and even for maplins shite its quiet good and well worth the money. It will do any 12v SLA up to 22ah ( may even do more but i wouldnt like to think i was lugging a battery over that ah about) http://www.maplin.co.uk/two-stage-12v-sealed-lead-acid-battery-charger-15ah-12204

Mine went back around a month ago, had them knocking at the door a couple of days ago and a letter, stating they have not received it Balls to them, because i am not filling in another.

Mine does the hot water and rads, it will do a full cistern of water in around an hour, enough to fill the bath. Once the tank is hot it then warms the rads. Under its own steam it will comfortably do 4-5 good size radiators. We have to use a pump to get the down stairs radiators to get warm. It isnt as efficient as gas ch, but it does us and the wood costs me feck all. One thing to add, if you run off the hot water the rads will cool untill the tank gets up to temp. No fire no hot water Mine is quiet an old system, i dare say if you lash some brass you could do well.

Absolutely cracking boots but a little on the heavy side with all that kevlar fibre, also the rubber on the sole wares much quicker. Bloody good, well made and comfy boots though
