  1. Very common mate and yes, those are the eggs.
  2. Tapeworm. You did the right thing in binning it
  3. Hi Andy, I would like to keep all offers of donation on the forum rather than through PM. I'm not sure on postage costs yet but as one of the rifles will be used for the scouts I will say £25 plus the postage for the two?
  4. I have acquired a few air rifles and an air pistol that are not of any use to me. So rather than them be destroyed they may be of some use to someone? As you can see from the picture the previous owner was not very mentally stable and in no position to own a set of tiddlywinks let alone an airgun collection. There is nothing of great value in and amongst these but may be of use for parts, a restoration project or just a garden plinker for a young one? All the rifles and the pistol work although to what power I don't know as I have not had them over the chrono, but they all are within the

  6. Because of their decline many places are getting surveys to monitor numbers and correlating mink activity T Still..!! I would have thought the GWCT had a handle on the situation by now?? If not they need to get their fingers out and start more doing rather than teaching..!!
  7. no that was J R Hartley lol Must have been lord of the rings then
  8. The archos being of better quality than the angel but review the archos models carefully. I have one. It's bob on but it's like carrying a fookin 32" telly around. I should have got a smaller one

  11. I won't know for a while Elliot. I have the rapid booked in for some workshop time so I'm not mounting it until the gun is set up.
  12. I will sit and wait this one out before I make judgement. But I will say from what I have read. On this. Trapping regs and a few other countryside related matters that a storm is brewing.
  13. For example http://m.uttings.co.uk/p109169-hawke-target-wheel-for-sidewinder-rifle-scopes/?gclid=CKDH8eeF9LwCFZDKtAodzB0Adg
  14. Can't fault them. Just got to mount it and use it.
  15. That is good of you Mac +1 for the S10. Mine has been faultless and BSA barrels are amongst the best.
  16. Get yourself a red filter or a new red led torch. Should cost you about thirty quid. I'm sure some of the lads will offer some good suggestions. On the downside. If you have hammered the spot with a white light you could have contributed to the rabbits being spooked. If that's the case your going to have to up your cunning and field craft.
  17. Please use the correct forum. Topic moved. NV depends on budget and the sky is the limit. The photon £350 plus extras new is a nice little unit but people have their reservations with the grainy image. You can pick up a pulsar 550 for around the £500 mark. Again plus extras. Nice unit but not the most comfortable shooting position. Then your into the LCD screen types such as the NS50/200 etc. not for me but mustard for a lot of lads. £250+ Could you not consider your approach to the land and head off the rabbits? Are you using a filtered light or just white? Will your lamp take a
  18. Not a problem and not a pop at you. And around the £400 to £600 mark. Preferably the lower
  19. Pcp and a rapid. But could you please use the general airgun discussion forum for topics such as this. The airgun hunting section is for members to post accounts/reports of their time out in the field etc. Thanks
  20. Only ferral pigeons may be shot with the use of an illuminating device. Everything else is off the cards. Illegal. Please refer to the general licences which are updated and pinned within this forum. However. On a good moonlit night, roost shooting by silhouetting can be done. Without the use of a lamp.
