That's some life span mate 40yrs..there's no doubt its amazing stuff..

The reason I'm thinking of using it as it will penetrate the wood and preserve it for a long time..the useless stuff I've been using is ronseal and its water based. You can litterly jet wash it off the fence and its back to bare wood.. so maybe creosote is the answer and put up with the smell mate..

You can still buy the proper creosote mate..so stinking for weeks you recon..

No doubt its the best wood preserver available..the original creosote is still available..but only for professional use and the trade.. How long will a garden fence smell for as I'm considering using some.

No mate. I enjoy waking up with a clear head instead of a hangover at the weekend. I've had my share of pints in my younger days..just coffee now for me.. The last 5 months I get up at 4:15 am for work every week day..so can't drink and get up that early..then I didn't see a point of drinking at the weekend..its been easy to stop to be honest don't miss it at all..

Dug a small pond yrs ago and we kept ducks and chickens..the duck eggs were great especially as the wife was baking a lot with them.. I used to eat to many though I think as I was having a few boils..maybe over dose on duck eggs lol

That judas pig goat programme sounds a clever trick mate.. I remember watching a programme a good while ago..I think it was either the Americans or British..they were trying to track down some al-Qaeda general in Afghanistan. They had a small amount of recording of him on the phone..and made a computer programme to pick up his voice that was connected to the whole phone network in Afghanistan..it took 4 yrs before the general used a phone and the system flagged him up and gave his location. They then found and delt with him..amazing technology..
