I'm lucky there.ive never taken a selfie in my life mate..the screen and Internet work good on it but the camera is shocking lol. I never take a phone with me when out.only speak to people on the house phone.so ulefone and no sim is ok lol.

They are mate the lads are a bit older now though 13/17/19 but the wife still does a stocking and puts it on there beds when they sleeping lol..a few years now and the grandson will be told story's of santa ?

1 of these would be handy for you on the boat mate. It only boils enough for 1 cup or mug of boiling water at a time.and will save you wasting battery power to boil a kettle.it takes about 30 seconds for 1 cup.the wife bought 1 about 2 weeks ago...

Im no expert.but I think the peat you have dug and burn has been storing carbon for 1000's of years that was essentially out of the loop so to speak. If we burn tree's that have captured carbon then by burning them we ain't adding any more carbon to the atmosphere as what the trees have taken in we are releasing again.and it's an endless cycle of capture and release by burning tree's.oil gas coal peat.is adding carbon to the atmosphere that was captured millions of years ago. I might be wrong but I'm sure it's along them lines...

Surely battery's can't replace diesel engines on tankers and large ships. India alone has 253 million vehicles.no way are they going to go electric.. It's an unrealistic thing to think GB can faze out fossil run engines..

I think it was DC who put a pic on a while back of a battery powered mini digger. That had to be plugged into the site generator all night to be recharged..what a load of bollocks that is...the mini digger would use less diesel than the generator..

Spot on mate.sounds like you got it sussed out..will you be traveling all over the uk waterways.or staying in a certain area etc.. I have watched a good few videos from that guy on youtube who lives on a narrow boat. He has before put the camera on the front and recorded for maybe 2 1/2 hours his journey along.ive watched a fair bit of them.. Very relaxing and peaceful way of life.. Be good to see your posts and adventures in the future mate..

What's the crack with being parked up for say a week GM. Will your fridge freezer and tv. kettle etc.be 12v appliances.or running the 12v through an inverter..
