I don't know if these have a thermostat to turn on and off. There was a thread on here a few days ago about the Chinese diesel heaters.about £95 they do look a good bit of kit. Loads of videos on youtube about them mate..

The wife uses this on her hands for arthritis and says it eases her hands a lot.but it's bloody expensive about £6 for a little tube and nearly £20 for a large tube in the chemist..

Was you doing a very repetitive movement with your arm to get that mate.it took me a good while years for it to fade away. Try the injection.you might be lucky and it works for you ?

Yea I was reading about it when you said mate.im sure I read before that you can have injections into the elbow for it. I used to put a good layer of deep heat on and 1 of them sports elbow braces.it did ease it a little bit.but still a horrible thing to have. Did yours go on its own..

Dogdox get a grip on yourself. Have a chat with the cpcs and get a proper ticket and training to drive a digger.they will teach you how to drive proper.not pulling the bucket by tracking back ? Or saying that get on youtube.you will be an expert in 2 weeks ?
