    Spot on Sean .So easy yet most lads rather spend a few quid on leads .You ever use flat stones for holding bottom .I use to trim them with a disc cutter when I was mad for the barbel ,4 sided flats .Catching a decent fish instantly took the shine off it for me as it’s all about the hunt .

    Took a pic because it was deffo the beast some were seeing Sean .Without pics nothing is meaningful and leaves us looking a twat .You should know with fisherman’s tales lol .I caught a 14.2 barbel in a river near me in a last minute evening stint that was never photographed .Try telling folk who only ever catch 8 pounders lol. Same fish been caught since ,several times and made national press . Without the pic ,lads look at you like your deluded .

    Urban sprawl is the name given to the ever encroaching concreting of our rural places mate .Nothing is truly rural any more with everywhere accessible by some form of transport .Leopards in India take dogs from urban houses as well as villages in places where wild game abounds .Anyone lost a dog recently and found it hanging in a tree ,no thought not .     The only farm I have with black rabbits the farmer won’t let me touch the blacks as he says it would be bad luck lol.Roughly half are blacks now as I’ve been pretty hard on the usual colour for years .Nv looks your only course there mate .

    Havnt read whole thread Greyman but my advice is to take out insurance on the rental property to cover defaults and damage ,totally different to house insurance .Add the cost to the rental value .Mortagages these days are based purely on what capital your putting down .Shouldnt be but it’s a fact .If and when ,get the rental paid via standing order through a third party .That way ,third party are first to know if any default occurs and can they can address it ASAP .Renting through a third party may seem like wasted money but any one to one is avoided should all go tits up and trust me you don’
