What people fail to grasp with a mortgage is that you are not tied to whatever agreement the company you are with put forward .Shop about and see the deals ,they are far from being equal .

Understand all that mate but your not understanding what I said . The amassed rent pays for the deposit on another house and so forth . Unless you know who you are dealing with and have a legal team to look over remortgage contracts then ive always stayed away from them . Personally ,Im about the quick turn over not long term renovations mate . As for rentals being cash cows ,that made me laugh bud .I don’t buy run down places and renovate .Needs to be good standard to start with . Not by remortgaging bud ,not unless they are minted to start with . Not to blow my trumpet but I’ve got 4 houses rented out so I know a bit about it mate . The rent pays the mortgage on another . Remortgaging or releasing equity on something you are paying for is a huge step backwards in my book ,you are essentially taking out a loan using your assets for collateral .If anything changes succumbstance wise you are part owner of what was potentially going to be yours ! Any form of credit ,loan or release has to be paid back with interest so unless the investment is going to gua

Reminded me of a driver we had few years back during World Cup . Obviously wanted to be home early so as you say overloading barrows .One of my lads pushed his barrow to the front of the cab and shovelled the lot in side the cab .Driver realised and drove off part unloaded .Never did pay for that 4 m we had lol .That was Hanson ,bridge reinforce near Chippenham .

Reinforce it mate either 10 mm or 12 will do ,40 odd quid for 2.4 m x 4.8 m There ,been longing to put some of you messers in your place for ages ,have that .

We tend to think of protected animals and birds as being forbidden food therefore not good . Young swan is very good ,kingfisher not so and badger ham was greasy but edible .Illegal supper 1990s .

Just back from the general section .f**k me there’s some sad feckers we share this thing with . Was nearly painting my eyes black ,dipping my nob in petunia oil and going all goth it’s that depressing . I get out at night a fair bit ,love it ,walk miles .At the moment the owls are rampant calling .Frosty full moons are the time to hear them .Little owls sounding like a chicken ,barn owls screeching .The tawny has the loudest furthest carrying call with the short eared a very non owl like mewing . Curlews fly at night with the haunting noise only they make . Magpies chatter at night in mass roosts .We have one here ,a winter roost on a nature reserve in a huge tangle of thorns .To sit by it you’d think you’d been rumbled but they ain’t going nowhere .
