  4. hi Skott artificial light is a you might want to make your self a jig,to sit the rifle in,each time you test it.make sure its between the sensors, and make sure its the right distance away from the sensors,Si uses one and we get correct readings due to the correct ways to use it oh yes! they are erratic readings
  5. hi Nigel shed is coming on fine, just have to get the power sorted now & paint the ceiling,if you need to borrow my combro just pop over and pick it up buddy. Daystate review is not going to good! i want to show a group at 35 yards, but i am struggling for accuracy at the moment,i think the scope may have been damaged in transit,so going to try one of my own scopes and just have to wait for the better conditionds. i don't see the point in doing a 20 yard group like other YT channels have done, totally pointless! i want to see what it can group like at 35yds so unfortunately th
  6. hi Alex i had a good Richter Optic 3-9x50 AOE on one of my past hw100's,it served me very well for the amount i paid for it not sure they still sell them? i mainly used it for hunting and plinking. be careful buying of ebay,as they are usually copies,so i have read!

  16. why didnt he turn it down for you? was he actualy a gun smith? I guess he wasn't a gunsmith, the thing is the shop in question are very well respected in my area, also they have a few staff members, maybes it's the time of year or they just couldn't be bothered? I also have a bsa r 10 that was a little low at only 9.4 lbs with accupells and again they had to send it to bsa to have it tuned, this was under warranty. hi jin if you buy a rifle from a shop, they send it back to the manufacturer, because its still under warranty, its not there problem! it has to go back to the manufacturer.
  17. Nice to see fellow member's showing kindness to one another, welldone lads!
  18. if your s410 is pre AT then you can service it yourself, its pretty easy to do take a look at the serial number, then ring Air Arms they will give you its history,i usually set my PCP's at 11.2ft/lbs you want it at 565/585 fps and try not to let it go under 535/545 from memory the only special tool to use is circlip pliers, the rest is all allen keys & screw driver. i think AA charge £90.00 for a service, but there might be some one close to you who will do it.i am to far from you to do it,try joining an air gun club, there maybe someone there who can help

  20. if i was buying a second hand PCP what i would ask is 1.can we do a face to face deal WHY? so i can test it 2.ask for the serial number WHY? so i can check its history, via a phone call to the manufacturer 3.ask to see a recent chronograph reading WHY? to make sure what i am buying is legal 4.ask when was it last serviced WHY? if its recent then i won't have to fork out more dosh 5.what ft/lbs is it putting out
  21. i am not having a go buddy, just stating a difference I know that mate, sorry if it sounded that way...you know me by now Im not intentionally calling other "Pro Tuners" for what they do/charge for either....
