    Had another trip out last Saturday just me meg (the lurcher) and a hob kitt off this year a got from a mate at work got to the first 3 hole set put the hob in after a bit of pxxxxxg about he disappeared after a while the tell tale squealing he had got hold of his first coney meg stuck her head down hole and pulled the rabbit out with the ferret still attached to its axse , Moved to another small set no messing about this time he new what it was about now and bolted 2 rabbits straight away then wandered out and had a play with the dog in the frosty morning sun.further up the hedge and back to

    Decided to have a look out this morning for a couple of hours even tho the nettles and undergrowth are still thick so me the dog (meg) and 2 ferrets 1 from last year that had been out a couple of times last year, and a kitt fom this year set off about 7,30 to a bit land just a few miles from home there was only a few sets that were accessible because of the nettles .only took a few purse nets and my 50yd quickset got to the first set netted what I could and put the longnet out put the 2 stinkers in and after a bit of pixxing about by the new kit she disappeared down a few knocks and 2 rabbit

    Got a beddy bitch about 2 year ago she was just playing on a flat field when she went down howling and couldent stand up took her straight to the vet she was given pain killers and anti imflamitarys when she had a x ray was found that 2 discs had slipped and were practically side by side trapping her spinal cord it was like a z they didn't give her much hope but she eas only young and I thought she deserved a chance so she was kept on the medication and referred to a chiropractor couldent walk for about 2 weeks but then things started to come back 2 years on she still gets out loves nowt bette

    A would of thought they closed down years back there's a guy writing in the countrymans weekly this week and he is on about them bought a few ferrets off them years ago when some low life decided to remove mine from my ownership still remember going to the station and picking the box up not knowing what to expect when you got home and opened it must say that the stinkers I got off them were in good health and good workers.ahhhh memories.
