    Hob should not be with any gills for at least 6 weeks after op till his tubes empty and he is fireing blanks. A had a hob done a couple of years ago was ok first season after his op and took the gills out of season no bother next season put him with the gills and they were all expecting his tubes had reattached according to the vet this can happen she has just done my new hob cheap 3weeks ago so he has at least another 3 weeks to go before he can get don to buisness

    Had to go out the smorrning cause farmer wanted a couple of hedges done before he planted the fields got there about 7 netted up a 8 holer popped ferret in and got 2 out done a couple of small 2/3 hole sets but nowt at home moved on to a set with about 20 holes you would have bet your life that there were rabbits at home should have took the dogs advice as she didint take much notice of it netted up ferrets in nowt Moved on to a bank side at the top of the field decided to use the long nets 1 50 yd net along this bottom and the other along the top ferrets in got 4 out of it bloody hard work

    Some times if the ferrets are new to the game they only stay around the top of the set and don't go deep we're the rabbits can be but keep at it they will get the idea.

    Ye 3 had young in them. I was out last week and there were young in the does as well. I'll do a couple of weeks more just taking the bucks then Its out with the fishing rod for me. Same here fly rod will be coming out and the trout getting a hammering.

    Just booked the hob in for Wednesday for the snip he is last years kitt as the other old feller is a good old age and he won't last forever cost £50 quid £20 cheaper than when I got the old feller done.

    Had a look out yesterday just to do a couple of sets both sets were surrounded by holly bushes so just put the long net around and let the Jill wander in got 2 out of each think that will be it for this year.

    Used to put some thing in the way of mine so she had to jump it to get to her food after a while put her food on the other side of a gate she jumped it no bother then when she was out took her to a wire fence pointed and told her to get over and that was that still close my eyes mind when she jumps wire fences flat out.

    Ye there was blood in my dogs sxxt that's why a took her to the vets.

    Get a big bag every time I go for there frozen food and they love them spend ages gnawing at them.
