  1. Conclusive proof the Asov Nazi battalion are operating in Ukraine ! Cheers.
  2. I live about 50 yards south of the wall, so, yeah, I'm one of the subjugated people ! ? Hope those eye ties don't decide to send the tanks in, I'd have to become a refugee in Morpeth ! Cheers.
  3. No, don't assume anything, he still supports Russia over the west. You think he's right, I think he's wrong, neither of us will change our minds, so it's pointless going round in circles. Anyway, I've got darts and football to watch ?? Cheers.
  4. How's it a silly thing to say ? It's what I said in my original post, the one you replied to ! Im saying, at the risk of repeating myself, he's a hypocrite; he loves Russia and communism, yet left there to live in England and write for a right wing newspaper So, in my mind it's wrong to profess to be dedicated to something yet do the opposite. That's what's wrong with what he says. My views on east v west are immaterial to the point I'm making. Cheers.
  5. If he's right, why isn't he still there ? Cheers.
  6. Britain was part of the Roman Empire, so by your logic the Eyeties could take us back ! ? ! Cheers.
  7. The mans an absolute hypocrite! He claims communism and Russia are better than western democracy, yet he came back to the UK and works for the Daily Mail, the most right wing mainstream newspaper in the U.K. Why, because he knows we have free speech and freedom of the press......unlike Russia. Cheers.
  8. Kc135's not only refuel fighters, they were used extensively during the gulf wars to refuel B 52 bombers on their way to and from their base in Diego Garcia, and Iraq. Cheers.
  9. Peter Hitchens is an arrogant bully and a coward. Many years ago, I had a debate with him about Russia v the West. He extolled the Soviet system and said the years he spent in Russia were the best years of his life, and he wished he hadn't returned to the UK. I asked him a very simple question, "well, why don't you go back? " He got very angry, blustered and ended the debate. The following week he slagged me off in his Sunday Mail column, even naming me, using my full name, when I tried to reply through the comments section, he blocked me. I have absolutely no re
  10. The Irish one. The old one. The tall one. ( That's mC at the back, wondering what the f**k we are talking about ? ). Cheers.
  11. Wouldn't work, Wilf would want to bomb Pakistan, mchull would want to bomb America and max would want to bomb St. James Park . I'd want to be the boss, and I couldn't see the others agreeing to that ! ? ! Cheers.
  12. We'd get nowt done, we'd be arguing with each other all the time ! ? ! Cheers.
  13. What's a "fair play man" ? Is it some sort of go between arranging a fight ? Cheers.
  14. My pals dad was Polish, a real old character. He told me he fought for both the Germans and the Russians during the war. when he saw which way it was going he joined the yanks, hoping to go to America when it ended, but ended up on a ship to England and settled in Wales. His son, by the way is very pro and proud British and polish but married a filipina and now lives in the Philippines. Cheers.
  15. Putins war has raised the prices, they won't come down. Wars have to be paid for and profits have to be made by the war mongers. Its the likes of us that pay for it. Directly or indirectly we will suffer, and honestly, I'm not that well off that I'm not already seeing it. The bosses and rulers won't need to cut back or turn their heating down. Even if our own government is screwing us, International turmoil only makes it much worse, and as I keep saying, it will not come back down. So this war is not only a disaster for those directly involved, but we are collater
  16. I've allways been a bit of a maverick ? Cheers.
  17. Not sure if your agreeing or disagreeing with my point that prices won't go down If and when this war ends. Of course we're over taxed on everything, how about removing vat on everything, which was only brought in when we joined the EU, or stopping borrowing money on the international markets only to give it away in international aid ? How about paying MP's the national living wage, because lets be fair, most of them couldn't hold down an average job, so they'd be quids in. How about scrapping the House of Lords ? I consider myself a fairly well educated man, but for the life of
  18. Oh , it has some advantages, when they were in Saudi during the Gulf Wars, we pinched as much of their kit as they hung out to dry ! Boonie hats were a favourite. Cheers.
  19. It was meant metaphorically as you well know ! ?! In reality, this war is going to cost all, just today, a microcosm of what's to come, I went for my poultry food, it has went up 40p a sack, the guy said wheat went up £40 a ton. Petrol is now £1:56 a litre, my pension went up £3 a week, my heating went up £60 a month, and it will get worse as Russia and Ukraine are the biggest producers of wheat, oil and gas. Do you think prices will go down when this war is over ? Of course not. So don't think it's nowt to do wth us......it is. Cheers.
  20. Until they're marching up to your front door, Wilfy ? Cheers.
  21. Yeah, I watched the Russian foreign minister answering questions from journalists today. It would have been as funny as any Ealing Comedy if it wasn't so serious, the nonsense he was coming out with...Hitler, Napoleon invading Russia.....Errr, it was Russia invading Ukraine, whatever the reasons for it. Cheers.
  22. I've never heard of that, sounds a bit like Arthur's sword Excalibur or Salah A Dins sword that he supposedly showed to Richard the Lion heart, just a myth. Cheers.
  23. Yes, I was an entrepreneur when I was 16, Well on my way to my first million riyals ? Cheers.
  24. First question, he's a massive move from the usual line of succession in the Saudi Royal Family. It usually goes from son to son of Ibn Saud, unlike our succession that goes to the first born of the monarch. But the sons of Ibn Saud are all in their 80's or 90's so now they've decide to go to the next generation. Him personally ? No, I don't know him, although I know some of his cousins. He seems to be switched on, possibly not with our western values, but a determination to bring Saudi Arabia into the present, in his view, which may not equate to "our views". "The Sacred Sword of Ar
