If we can just get her a few decent slips where she sees the rabbit get up out of its seat at close range then there will be no stopping her.
I take it you mean she's getting slipped and the rabbits staying clamped and she's either run over the top of it or in another direction then the rabbits started running? Can you not just walk right up to the bunny and wait till it moves to slip her as in when it's practically under her feet? Or get to within a few feet and try to panic the rabbit to move?

IMO it's not the how to train, it's when, I bet a pound to a penny most of these hard to train dogs are are given too much too soon or just aren't ready for what they are being shown. It's easy to overload. Then there is only so much you can teach then it's down to the dog.
