  1. I think the organisation is excellent but agree with some of the other comments, they need to do more to promote themselves, a good website with a link for donations would be good. My local club, RVWTC is affiliated and Barry Wade gave us a talk which was superb, the man is a real gent and an excellent representative for terrierwork.
  2. I think its a good watch, not sure how to grade it out of 10 though, not a patch on The Shawshank Redemption..........
  3. Bit of a busmans holiday eh wilf? Spending time with the local wooly ladies............
  4. Deako, I'll pop in to say hello. I'll be going with my wife and girls, take the old terrier for a wander and meeting some other family there. Just off to cook a Mexican for tea (a meal not a person) and have an early night as we are leaving at 6am...........
  5. We went to Oz for interviews for my wife and she was offered jobs, she was up for it but I couldn't make my mind up, not because of the country, the houses are cheap, scenery, weather, people and hunting are amazing, Magwitch is correct about having drive in offy's too I was the one who bottled it earlier this year as I didn't want to lose the few truly great friends I have, we could still change decision as we aren't that old but its a decision that i'm still not sure about.......
  6. Diary of a pig hunter is very good
  7. Mines a tad "self employed" when off the lead, I always been proud of my dogs obedience but when shes out of the 20 yard "zone" its nose down and bog off of theres anything to hunt............

    UFC 75

Think you could be right about Crorop Gnasher I like Bisping and i'm sure he'd benefit from training with Randy Couture or the Miletich camp, who wouldn't improve working with Pat Miletich, Matt Hughes, Jeremy Horn etc. I'm not sure Bisping is quite ready for Liddell/Ortiz/Jardine/Jackson/Henderson etc. The light heavyweight division is full of talent at the moment. Houston Alexander seems to be knocking them down quickly, I was impressed he beat Jardine and now another quick KO....

Ah, the 's I remember being into bmx and wanting a mongoose and getting an Ironhorse(the boys at school had a field day) Watching Saturday lunchtime wrestling at my grandparents, the A-team, streethawk, knightrider and Miami vice, buying wham bars and highland toffe from the school tuck shop. Also trying to buy Dr Martins with the most lace holes. Reload, I remember calling other kids Joey Deacon and pulling the "face", mong, spaz, spacca were all popular non pc names for the playground
  19. Sounds good, I'll have a look later
  20. Some good ideas, sporting breaks and a ratting section What about a lonely hearts section so some members...Darcy, Wilf and a few others could meet like minded men?
  21. Had air pisols, rifles and a gatgun around 10 and used to take them into local woods and quarries and never thought of being stopped, those were the days eh? I was bought a copy of Plummers Working Terrier a couple of years later and that got me interested in ferrets, terriers and lurchers. Also did a bit of fishing in my mid teens but don't fish much now because I'm rubbish at it Followed hounds, both fox and mink as I got older and did some ratting, lamping and ferreting but had a few years "out" training sport dogs, nowdays I follow the hounds when I can and still take the terrier rattin

    UFC 75

Nearly right in my predictions Thats five out of the last six fights predicted correctly All three fights went to a decision, Bisping and Jackson both won and Cro-Cop lost I wouldn't be surprised is Bisping is matched against the winner of the Liddell/Jardine and if he wins i'm sure he get a title shot. Shame about Cro-Cop, he came in as a KO specialist from K1 and his first fight was good but he has lost his last two, not sure what the UFC will do now.
