    Your right about Sanchez Jay, such an ego, it was good to watch Koscheck dominate him He has nethier the stand up or BJJ to match Penn. I think there are some good light heavyweights at the moment, I'd like to see Bisping fight someone of the quality of Griffin/Jardine/Ortiz, that would be a real test The upcoming Liddell/Jardine fight should be a good one, I can see an upset and Jardine winning.

    Valid points Jay, like you say BJ is so gifted but the fights where he has gone over three rounds he looks very tired. Sherk/Penn would be great but he has tested positive for steroids I beleive? So could be a while before we see the fight. Shame about Bonnar I thought he would do well but with Gracie passing and the drug testing its difficult for him. Your right about some of the fighters, that Lobster guy and Gabe(sauna boy) Thought Lauzon and Manny were good to watch , also would of liked to Diaz and Parisyan sort out there "problem"

    I'm afraid that statement is codswallop. The nature/nurture debate, you can't polish a turd or make a silk purse from a sows ear. You may get a few good 'uns but if you want a working dog, regardless of whether its for digging/coursing/lamping/herding/gundog work blah blah you don't go to a show kennel you go to someone who TESTS them......

    I've been thinking about doing this again and this post has made me decide to get the bike out the garage this weekend and fix the punctures and brakes. I used to do 4/5 miles every night with the terrier alongside, I used to cycle 10 plus miles every night years ago but last time I got the bike out I collapsed retching after a mile so i'll take it slow

    If she only four and you haven't had it diagnoised I'd be inclined to pop in the vets, if its bnot arthritis you could be running the dog with an injury Electrolytes won't help arthritis, its good practice to include fish oil in the diet anyway.

    Bit difficult in thick shrubs. The dogs have plucked them from hawthorn hedges on sessions and earlier this year we ratted flight ponds that were surrounded by trees, the bolting rats tried to get up the branches but were knocked down with sticks.

    Hi Jay, I believe Rickson was going to be the Gracie fighter in the first UFC, I think something happened and Royce replaced him. I think BJ Penn has some great BJJ, his legs are almost like another pair of arms. You guys are right about no one style winning I think today you need some stand-up, BJJ and wrestling.
