  1. Local MP/media, get the residents to voice their objections as much as possible, pertitions etc etc, good luck Jenn, sick just thinking about it
  2. You're telling on yourself. I bet you have a fluffy pink one. I did carry mine in bags as pups before injections and they aren't nearly as jumpy as other lurchers I've seen. Nope, but my son and his girlfriend have two pomeranians, both are spoilt rotten and are looked after and loved to the extreme but it doesn't make them bad owners or need their dogs pts as i said, most of these little handbag dogs have a great life and live to a ripe old age.......and when they bring the poms to my house my terriers and lurchers dont even bat an eyelid (they know better as one of the poms woul
  3. Yeah i watched that, openly coursing and catching hares Good luck to em says I.......
  4. :toast: On a serious note, i'd say the judo and American football came easier to me, is this because I relied more on strength than just skill? I took up golf a month ago and found it easy to knock a ball 200+ yards but found judging power on putting and chip shots more difficult. With cricket i did well bowling and batting against spin bowlers but struggled against fast bowlers, obviously my skill wasn't great with co-ordination against fast bowlers!!! Tennis was always a feckin mystery
  5. same when i,m local on foot mate ,that might the only 1 you see of the night,so i do the same run them both ,even if the other dog tags in first or the other way round its a catch for both dogs no aggro between dogmen my dog got it first and all that carry on, just 1 in the bag the way in should be I'm purely a rabbiting man now Gaz, stay within the law I have only once doubled up on bunnies and i'll never do that again...........
  6. Personally when i was running fox before the ban i often doubled my dog up with a mates if we were walking, the reason being we may only see a couple of foxes so the old "no you first" routine is out the window. The difference is that the dogs were tested on there own regularly and shown that they were capable single handed dogs......You feed it, kennel it and work it so aslong as you are honest with yourself thats all that matters.........
  7. I remember seeing you Sim. Put me in coach
  8. Played or competed in football/golf/tennis/football/cricket/judo/American football and all require great levels of skill in my opinion but not quite sure how to decide which sport requires the most skill..........
  9. Coz its easier for the than catching real crimanals. :whistling: Chubs behave  I rekon we all know the score the police are bigger crims than most, but truely wtf are we going to do?? they have us by the balls really and nobody will stand shoulder to shoulder to fight for repeal. Glad I left tbh at least here the only thing ya worry about is the guardia beating the shiit outta ya but they aint gonna do it for running a poxy hare though they'd probs join in the betting  Tell Manuel i'll give him 100/1 your dogs get jacked by those Spanish hares
  10. Coz its easier for the than catching real crimanals. :whistling:
  11. Spoke to an old fella who bolted a few in Yorkshire in the 60's, also had a lurcher jack on one in shallow water although another time they killed one doubled up by accident..........
  12. Shockng cocker, well done. Just shows running a hare with a dog will get you a dog ban, driving ban, asbo, fine etc etc etc yet its enforced by a service with some shocking skeletons in the closet, and not to mention the recent stories about dogs dying in hot cars..............
  13. I'm sure all you boys posting about deer on the lamp know this was illegal before the ban anyway.................
  14. Good hauls Robert and Tomo Never had anything remarkable, with dog and gun in 24hr I had pigeon,duck,partridge,pheasant,rabbit,hare,fox.......

  17. Cracking weekend, back to the shitty grindstone tomorrow

  18. Lies and deception are not a base for a happy relationship and kids pick up on it, i never understood the phrase "stay together for the kids", in the long run they will suffer more most of the time.......
  19. Tell him, cheaters deserve no mercy.......
  20. Tony Adams, great player, i know what your saying gnasher
  21. Hope your dad gets his motor back.......
  22. Oh i dunno gnasher, remember Bryan Roy or Jason Lee at Forest
  23. My two had sports day a couple of weeks ago, one is a natural athlete, takes up a sport and sticks with it, she has had swimming lessons for 6 years now and never misses them, and is also amazing academically, the younger was just happy taking part but i'm sure will succeed in life through sheer determination and strength of character (i hope). But i was screaming on the sidelines, purely because i want them to enjoy it and be happy, and winning makes them happy. I think any responsible parent wants their child to be happy, and nowdays sucess in sport can be financially profitable but i lear
  24. I love hedgehogs and the population has definately reduced greatly over the years, i used to see them all the time as a kid and now they aren't a common occurance. Many years ago my garden was a regular hedgehog highway and the poor blighters used to squeeze under the 2" gap at the bottom of the runs with obvious consequences Had my old dog find one a few years ago on summer exercise and he carried it 3 miles back to the car 'cos he didn't want to let go
  25. tired, happy and ready for a roll up!!!
