The jazz will have a fuel vapour filter (that's what there called on the jazz)

Now Google audi charcoal canister... It doesn't fill up with fluid it fills up with vapour .. it doesn't vent to earth it vents back in to the engine , it's designed to stop pollution.. What car do you drive I'd be surprised if ones not fitted to yours
