    A lot of transporters wont take anything with bull in it , so they might not take it .. Could always go over as a foot passenger on the ferry and bring it that way , only cost £100 return last time I did that

    Ash .. We sell kiln dried birch at work and ive found it to be real good , it's a pound dearer than a softwood net of logs but burns for double the time and gives off better heat .. I'm lucky that my mate is a fencing contractor and any off cuts are dropped off at my house for me to burn ,
