Griff loves the water and will retrieve but the greyhounds aren't so keen. Phoenix likes the thought of it but isn't brave enough to submerge himself and Paris will only swim if its really hot. Griff will swim and retrieve all day though! Lovely pics LG, she's looking great!

Thanks CS. She's still a bloody fast dog although she's 9 this week. I don't really know anything about Greyhound racing or tracks. I've been to Brighton once but that was years ago.

I thought I was lucky that my mum is taking mine to Scotland for 4 days! 10 must be bliss. I'm gonna enjoy my birthday weekend this year... Of course i'll miss her after about half an hour knowing me but not having to get up with a hangover and deal with a 7yr old will be lovely.

Quite a few hunts still use CB radios. I vaguely remember the use of them when I was a kid but only because one of the guys in one of our cottages had one.

Kay, i'd kill for hair like yours!! I had it cut yesterday and i'm really pleased with it and it was done really well but even with a graduated bob my hair takes an awful lot of looking after! GHD's were my saviour though!

Maybe a stupid question but if you only do rats with the dog why not get him castrated?! No point in having a litter just because the dog is randy, aren't there enough unwanted dogs as it is?

Maybe if you had cooked him steak instead of fox, he might not be your ex :laugh: I'm quite glad he's my ex actually but I didn't cook it for him! He curried it if I remember rightly after trying it on its own and it was still nasty. :sick: I should imagine by the smell of the bloody things that it tastes pretty rank without trying it.
