  4. Shop around get different quotes. Iv found when you start having problems they continue with dews but like I say better now than 5 6 weeks into the season just when there getting ripe fit for it to happen again later on we lose enough time in the season to other working wounds/injury plus frozen ground ect without adding to it. If you can get them off
  5. No complications no bullshit easy straight forward stuff. Trust me for the sake of a £ 100 get both of be back off the lead and in training within 3 weeks were only in June still..... Trust me better now instead of in the season

  15. I must admit I never classed the best catch dog on paper to nessarily be the best dog to you ( altho its not to like a good un).... Some dogs are your mates other's just never seem to not get as close.... I myself would rather have something I get on with that catches half as much as something that catches more but not on my wave lenght, I like my dog's more than most people tbh

  21. I see what you mean as every mooch is a hunt in a sence. Corn hunting pushing rabbits out of grassy tussocks ect ect. I think what most are on about summer hunting is lamping, killing milky does killing young ect people doing it just to say theyve killed this theyve killed that when to be fair there clueless and couldn't kill thing in winter. Then to brag and breed off them lol...... Like iv said nothing wrong with letting them easy up for summer, recover from little niggles of a hard winter a bit of weight on let them get rounded while just maintaining a baseline fittness few hours mo
  22. Best to let them loosen up and put weight on in the summer months. Keep a sensible baseline fitness bit of corn hunting walk in the evenings while cool for an hour not serious
  23. He's a cracking looking hound fellah. I agree with sock keep hold of him you just never know
