    Always like the name Bitch, And Boy for a dog (which iv just called my pup), Easy names plus (me anyway) Always herrree Boy even if its names Ben or what ever, Same as bitches always say heerrree bitch instead of Wren or what ever

    That area in IMO is too small for all 3, But mate if you really want the pup get a good draught free box and a few slabs and put him on a box and chain, ALOT of people dont like box and chain but iv seen some decent set ups like this but this is all JMO

    What she work like mate? Is she mute or does she give tongue when on rabbits ect Has she ever worked rat? Ever been round ferrets/livestock ect might know a fellah that would be intrested. Is there a little trial with her, Oh and does she live out or in?

    Likes been said if just a couple of million, Then it would be a house with a little ground, Few decent cars and a decent full family hoilday, Make sure the family are sorted.Then the rest would be put too start my own bussness and one for the wife too tinker about doing somthing. And then hopefully live at a bit more slower pace...

    Thats it Tomo take the right ferret and stick too the right sort of little sets that you know dont hold any real numbers but just a few, That way your always on the move, And like you say mate you always get too run a few other bits and and bobs while your on your way iv had many a decent mooches like this and run the lot doing it, It seems too be this way iv spent most of my ferreting over the last little while and iam starting too prefere it this way, You know what its like on some of them bigger jobs you do it becomes abit robotic at times, Where's this way youve got all the variety too d

    Yip , Thats all i do really, 10nets in each pocket (Sometimes a 25yd stop net in the inside of my waxy and i just cut a few poles out the hedge when iam out) And the ferret in a pillow case and just have a mooch about with the dog in tow doing a few sets here and there never get big numbers but always happy with a brace doing it this way... Lie ups can be a pain in the arse as i dont carry a spade and the ferret go in un collared but like i say its nothing serious just a bit of fun.

    I wouldn't give pups under 12 weeks drontal + tablets, thats why they do puppy syrup. It's horse's for course's i suppose but i always tend to read medication labels Id do myself Mally, But i know lots of people that rasied litters on adult wormering tablets broken down to the correct dose for weight... And never had a problem, Iam not one for beleveing all the hype about ''puppy'' stuff and ''adult'' stuff its more or less the same stuff word diffrent for the consomer IMO anyway. But like you say its horses for courses

    I used prazital plus (Same as drontal + ) with mine for both bitch and pup's and had no problem what so ever, Split the tablets into the right dosage for the pups, Then a dab of butter on the end of the finger help them drop straight down the back of the mouth even at two wks old wormed the full lot without one bit of trouble. And it just got easyer as the got bigger I went for worming every 2wks altho i know a lot do 3wks... Best of luck with your litter

    I like a fast and up and at them type. But that can also hang abit aswell But fellahs some of them hares will not be caught in the first few bends when your on a dencent sort it will drag em about abit and this is where your fast types tend to get burnt on them hares and found wanting in wind.. But no didint like dogs that run there hare down just sitting behind it not pushing up and down the gears....

    Good morning ferreting there fellahs.. When i dont use my box to carry the ferret, I always just use a pillow case pop the ferret in and knot the top job done. Most of my ferreting this yr has been like this ferret in the pocket and 10 nets in each pocket and just mooch about with the dog in tow doneing any decent little setts i see...

    Your right fellah anit half a LOT of mongs about...!! What i was getting at was a once over, See how its recall, stockbroke/broken too ferrets ect is as its 11months old dont think its much too ask for a dog that will be spending the next decade with you..!! Instead of of paying your money. Then getting it home taking it for a walk and no recall, Wont come back, And chases every bit of live stock about in sight... Come on even tho iam a MONG you must see what iam saying FFS??

    With new snares i just bury them for a wk or 2 in the garden,Takes the visual new look off them and scent (Well thats what a auld boy told me yrs ago and it stuck with me, And he caught loads of rabbits in snares so who was i not too do it)
