Most litters of whippet x bedlington are from Kc bred parents and I've seen a few make good dogs , of course always best to get worker to worker but I see jucks with the best of breeding turn out useless . its what we do and the way we bring them on and how much we put in front of them that makes a juck . .

  18. Wish you all the best with your pup , £400 is nothing for a well bred coursing bred pup from good match jooks. pr ban I see pups go for thousands of pounds , i see jooks that was £25 go on to be good coursing dog and just as good as any top money dog and see dogs lads payed stupid money for not catch a mouse never mind a winter hare on fens . as for how much to pay for a pup ? what price do you put on all the yrs of graft a dog gives ,the friendships we make with our workers/pets . 400 isn't much for yrs of fun ,heart ache and all the ups and downs .
  19. We always had goats for milk ,would tether them out along side the hedges and they was always happy and full ,goats love to climb and ours spent more time in trees than on the floor lol ,my parents took us kids melton mulberry market and we came back with goat each as the muslims were cutting the throats for meat and we cryd until all five baby billy goats were safe in our van lol my dad not happy about it,over a few months they found new homes for them lol .
  20. We have been thinking about buying some land to start small holding ,produce all of our meat ourself grow veg etc . id like to breed pigs mostly but few sheep and fowl maybe goats for milking ,cheese etc . its just getting land in uk at right price ,to be honest we are thinking about going Hungary to look for a property with plenty land as its so cheap to buy out there .if we could find land in uk at right price we would stay here but for 5 grand you can get old farm house and few acres .out of interest what kind of money per acre did you spend ? are you going to put static on
