Because it’s multi car, before I had the van we both had cars on the same policy
-
Me and the missus have a multi car policy with Admiral, we have her car and my van on business insurance and it’s a chunk cheaper than insuring them separately
-
Started on the patio today, first time seeing the slabs this morning and they are very nice
-
Late afternoon roast beef today, I’m done in now, ready to settle down, relax and watch antiques roadshow before another busy week
-
I didn’t know that, I thought even though it’s quite a slow round, with its weight it would of been suitable for roe deer and boar, if they will grant it for fox I would of thought it’s adequate for muntjac
-
I would wreck myself with that lot, I’d start with the row of black pudding and set about the rest, until I couldn’t fit anymore in or ended up in a food coma, superb looking pies

Newcastle city centre today, putting in pads for electric barriers at the civic centre, horrible place to work

I’d of walked out, you can ask me to do something but you can’t tell me to do it. A few years ago I was working as a hgv mechanic and the gaffer told me he was changing my shifts in 48 hours, I said “ your not “ he said “ he was “ so I walked out and went self employed doing my own thing, for the first two years the gaffer would ring me every couple of months asking if I would go back, more money was offered every time he rang

I meant more taxing big business rather than personal wealth, the wealthy should pay their fair share but like you, me and everyone else if we can get out of paying taxes we will
-
Big business needs tax relief otherwise they will pull there business from this country, labour will tax the rich and when they move their money from here they will tax the working man more, it’s what Blair’s government did and that didn’t turn out too well, bitter pill to swallow but money needs to make money or nobody will have any
-
He conceded that Labour will take us back into the European markets without us having any control over it, that’s as much as I know, I was only talking to him for a few minutes
-
Well that’s where you and I differ, I’d rather it went to people who have put the effort in and made something of themselves in the form of tax cuts, another point is that a large portion of it will definitely not be going to our own work shy under a labour government but into the immigration mess
-
I don’t agree with that, the working man is better off under the conservatives, labour only ever take your money and give it to the work shy and any other none contributor to society, then hike your taxes up to pay for it I’ve just been into my mates farm and the first thing he said was he might as well give up now instead of watching his business disappear

This was always going to be the case, Reform were going to take the conservative vote, splitting the opposition parties, like Farage said “ things are going to get worse, before they can get better “ it’s just a matter of how bad things will get

We are all doomed, the only good thing at our end is we kept our conservative MP, who has done a lot for this area. well done to Farage, Starmer won’t be able to handle him, the only MP in history that will give you a straight answer, tough times ahead but hopefully Reform will get bigger and become the main opposition party anyway, I’m off to rap in work, sign up for benefits, change my pronouns, dye my hair purple and identify as a lesbian teapot, that’s the only way labour will do anything for me, good luck to you all

Shop bought fishcakes tonight, they were ok

Mate asked if I’d give him a hand fitting the helical ties to the front of a house, what he meant was would I do the job, anyway, quick YouTube video later and I’ve learned a new skill, just got to point it back in
-
Maybe you right, I do have some questionable associates ( lol )
-
Well, my votes in, if it will do any good who knows, they are still saying “ labour landslide “ but I haven’t spoken to one person in the past week who would vote for them idiots, maybe I only interact with intelligent people
-
Quick, midweek chicken ding dong
-
Cheap bit of rump and some garlic salt and black pepper wedgie’s, filled a hole

I could see myself just looking after my little shoot, I think it’s time Mrs Stav took over all my money worries and allowed me to live my dream i think it would be good for me to work with DC, that lad puts some graft in, I’d maybe learn a few things because he knows what he’s doing where as I just blag my way through life

Soiled and seeded around the stepping stone path, used the left over Indian stone to put a bit of patio in front of the greenhouse base, levelled up behind the shed and put some 600 pavers down to give them a bit of hard stand ( they were more pleased with this than anything else that’s been done so far ( lol ) maybe because it wasn’t in the price and I’ve done it for free with paving I had ) large flower beds dug out, just waiting for the patio gear to turn up now and the sets to go around the beds

Little scrap tickle on the way to work, it’s dropped quite a bit, £ 2.64 a kg on the heavy copper and 93p a kg on the clean lead, but it’s a £140 for doing nothing apart from taking it out of a skip so not a bad way to start the day
