    The missus was up at daft o’clock this morning, taking Christmas decorations down because in her words “ they piss me off” so I got up and done her a breakfast, beans and hash browns, the wrong’un

    It depends on the conditions on his ticket, it can be anything from only allowed to use at a club to use it where you like, I’ve never seen the point of a closed ticket, if your not capable of making correct decisions regarding where it’s suitable to use it then you shouldn’t have it

    Not a bad Christmas, my yearly pair of trainers ( or a new pair of chav’s as she calls them, I don’t care, I like them, they fit well with my other 7 pairs of air max ) a bottle of Woodford and the obligatory socks and pants

    Everyone came yesterday ( all be it, 40 minutes late but I’d planned for that ) they got through everything that was put in front of them and didn’t overstay their welcome, success tonight has been a ragu from leftover beef, gravy bit of red wine and a few tomatoes, it was very nice

    Back at it today, seen more Berghaus jackets and dogs running wild than pheasants, that’s the reason we don’t shoot over Christmas, there’s always people where they are not meant to be

    I love cooking and it’s no bother doing it for 8 of them tomorrow, I just wish they’d come and collect it and fu*k off back to their own house

    My shoot day tomorrow, so I’ll be treating them to, corned beef pie, leek and potato soup and bramble gin with Prosecco

    Working up at the shoot today before the Christmas shoot tomorrow, I went to see forestry about clearing the fallen trees, they said it wouldn’t be done this side of Christmas, so I said I’ll have to do it, he told me I couldn’t do it because I’m not registered with them and I haven’t got my chainsaw tickets, idiot, I’m sure they’ll have something to say about it when they see I took no notice of him
