    An otter usually swims under the water with only his head above water.On certain occasions I have seen an otter float on top of the water exposing his back.When they float in this manner they are angry and will return to a terrier for another tussle.This little devil returned to the terrier and started up again.

    I hopped in the kayak early trying to beat the heat.Paddled to one of my favorite spots.When I released the terrier he ran away into the swamp.I assumed he was tracking a coon until I heard him cry out.I knew then he had encountered an otter.I struggled to catch up to them.I made it to an opening just in time to see it bolt.

    Wolfdog your as southern as cornbread.? ? We have a different mindset.Be thankful for it. Most of America's problems stem from the breakdown of family.The ones who are mostly stirring the pot are white middle class women who don't know what poor is.If their husband's would grow testicles and tell the wife to shut up and sit down we would have a much better country overnight.Just my opinion.

    I carry the hawkbill.the rest are for looking at lol.If you ever close to the smokies check out Smoky mountain knife works.Im sure you will find something you need there.I usually spend more than I should.

    2 of my favorites from my collection are Solingen handmade bulldog knives made from English steel.

    I collect small pocket knives. This is what I carry daily.Non locking 3 inch hawkbill.Good for tightening screws,sawing roots on a dig and can still whittle a man down to size. I collect Solingen Germany made pocket knives.Kissing cranes,hen and rooster,fighting roosters are all good top shelf brands to collect that increase in value.     I have never paid a place to check my DNA. The hills of Dixie through the Smoky Mountains were generally settled by Scotch Irish folk.When you study my history before the Civil War it gets blurry.What I can tell you is most of Dixie tradition come from Scotland.We refer to the rebel flag as the St. Andrews cross. Here is my state flag of Alabama. My family has a high percentage of red-haired and blue eyes.From what historians tell me,A bunch red haired hillbillies left yalls Mountains and settled here in ours.People in this area including myself have small amounts of cherokee in

    ?Our land prices have increased 10 fold in the last couple years.The Yankees are fleeing the big cities.It has allowed me to make more money in my business. As the community grows we have more liberal opposition.Double edge sword.
