Its funny, i wouldnt own another running dog with Collie in it (over here anyway) but i have seen some of the most AWESOME herding types ever over here, andi always think of you lads back home...ive seen Collie types over here that can hunt in the desert (115F) not get fed or watered all day, and still work harder than most ive seen in the UK...seen some Collie 'types' in the high praire and mountains in Nevada, and these dogs where easily 25-27" and 60+lbs....they had caught and killed fox, and even coyotes that where in leg hold traps!...they had feet like dinner plates, and most where rough

Hi Lads,.. What (if any) are the benifits of the 2nd gen?...to me, they look like they have MUCH better feet, and look more 'level' and there seems to be far less wastage in the litter?...ive heard that they are usualy faster than the the f1 hybrid, but just as 'gritty'....any thoughts? -

Hi guys,.. My Bellman and Flint got damaged, so it looks like i will be getting a new locator, hopefully before the season starts. It HAS to be water proof, and reliable, other than that, i dont care...definatly not wanting any Deben shite though, the f*****g noise alone drives me mad..lol. So, for thoses who have used them, what is the best out there.. Bellman? OrtoVox? BarryVox? Ive only had exsperiance with the B&F, and i would get another, but always looking to improve if i can...any suggestions would be great. Kye,.

I would be amazed to see a Kangal hunting...i can well beleave Ovcharkas and the like, but even the Kangals that i have seen guarding etc are lack luster at that imo..

SM, we have had three go down with CHP...one of Tiffs terriers died from it, another got over it with meds, but wasnt the same ever again, recently put him down (old age) and the third was a terrier of mine, who responded very well to treatment, but i culled him in the end (not coz of the CHP though)

Chocolate dog is six,... The two blacks in the end pic, left one is a dog, one on the right is a bitch...bitch is 13lbs, the dog is around 21lbs..

The best sighthound ive ever had was started on rabbits and Hares,...when we moved to the Mid-West, and i went 'Raccoon-Crazy', he soon learnt what teeth and claws can do!..lol. I swear, the first 20-30 Coon he saw, he would act like a Collie on sheep..lol...barking, running around them etc...one night, the penny dropped!..ever since then, he is bang on, straight on the business end, and he is the same with Coyotes and other heavy game...he has killed HUNDREDS of Raccoon, and out of all the dogs on my yard right now, he started the WORST, and IS the best right now... Thats how we get our dogs,...we throw a Black lad in the lake,...slip the dogs on them, then jump in afterwards to help them when they catch him!...lol...gets him real fit!!..

Igor fought at around 215+lbs in Pride, but he done much better when he was under 200lbs imo...a realy great guy.

lol...i know what you saying Gnasher,...the three i mentioned are very 'Bull in a china shop' kind of fighters...i DO love a technical fighter, dont get me wrong, but there is something about seeing a guy throw caution to the wind, and realy fight like he is wanting to finish a guy, not beat him on points!...you know what i mean mate?...imo, there shouldnt be points in mma, it should end in a ko, tap, tko...of course you need a Ref etc, but its billed as being REAL fighting...well in real fights, you dont have rounds, or points, or Draws etc...im not saying that it would work well, but it woul

I would have to say BJ Penn,...he has fought at 236lbs, and still won fights!...he fought Lyoto Machida to a decsision when he was at 205lbs...thats saying something for a guy who SHOULD be at 145lbs!...sick skill, natural HEAVY hands, thick skin,...sadly though, little to no work ethic! GSP, another very talented guy, and very humble...ground game that is scary good!..not a very heavy hitter, which is a shame. IMO, Fedor would get DESTROYED buy Lesnar... I like Fedor, but he has fought just two good fighters, Nog, and Cro-Cop...and look what happened to them when they fought in the UFC and couldnt use there "supplements" ..lol...sad fact is, Fedor has fought Cans/Bums his whole career. The fact that Tor can even walk after the wrecks she has had, let alone still hunt is incredible!...lets not even mention that Stitch should of been dead about 10 times over!..lol. The line Tor is from is good,...VERY good!...Stitch is an awesome dog,...possibly the most gifted dog, at HIS job, than most have seen...We have bred a VERY good all around hunting bitch (Tor) to one of the best Coyote killing dogs (Stitch)...if it works out, GREAT!...if not, its not our fault!...they have been bred, fed, and raised right...cant do any more than that.

Guys, mma is a VERY strange busniess, and to call Brock a 'complete fighter' is one of the funniest things ive heard...he submitted a guy who didnt want to be in the fight after he blew his wad...no real skill in that...as for 'taking such a beating', Brock hardly had a scratch on him, and very few punches/elbows landed...the postion Lesnar was in (while Carwin was doing his best to GNP him) looks the worst, but is one of the easiest to defend...hundreds of ways to defend that. Just to clarify, the silver pup that Tiff called a 'runt' isnt a runt...a runt is a small, sickly pup, that shouldnt/wouldnt survive...the silver pup that my mate has picked, happens to of been the smallest (isnt now)...it was also the first one out of the whelping box, the first one running around, and the most active of all the pups.
