Ive seen pure Collies and Pure Bulls that caught and hunted game,...and ive also seen 3/4 Greyhound 1/4 Somthing else NOT catch game....to me, the definition of a 'Lurcher' is "a dog that consistantly takes game"...of course you have the PROPER cross' that do that, but every now and then, you see a dog with little or NO sighthound blood in it, taking game frequently...and in certain terrain, these types are better than a running dog type....when the ground get hard with ice here, we use my mates Bull dog to hunt game at night....he takes game that is fast and bites back, a running dog would be

I know what your saying Gnasher,...sure, maybe i froze a little, but i dont think that was it...ive fought infront of bigger crowds, and this being for money had little to know impact on me (not a huge sum of cash!)...anyway, there are far easier ways of earning the very small amount that i got payed, without having to wear stupidly small shorts, and shave parts of my body that i never knew i had...lol. We definatly had a fixed 'plan' going into the fight, which ive never realy done before...i just went out there and tryed to kill the guy before, but i think i over played the 'plan' in my

Hey Guys,.. Yup, got choked out!...f*****g sucks to pass-out with another mans junk in your face!... Dont realy know what was up on the night to be honest...didnt feel how i normaly do, and i was VERY passive in the Cage...we started standing and Morgan through some legs, and a few punches, but nowt to worry about...i landed one nice lead-leg kick to his calf, and then he rushed me, and had me on the Cage...i pummeled in, and got double unders, and i just didnt have any aggresion?!...he landed a solid knee to the mid-section, but i was fine, then i started f*****g around and moving whe

Hi Guys,.. So, in the near future, hopefully i will be able to have enough dollars floating around that i can splurge out on a nice FAC rifle...im not wanting a springer, maybe summat more the style of a Rapid 7?...would prefer a synthetic stock, and it would HAVE to be left handed, and have a silencer....also prefer a multi shot capability. Not to fussed on calibre...but it will mostly be used on squirrels, rabbits, crows, doves...BUT...there is always the possiblity that i will have to shoot larger game, skunks, wild cats, coyotes, raccoons etc. Most game will be taken out at

I have seen Staghounds, bred for generation after generation, many never seeing a rabbit, or being allowed to look at anything other than Coyotes, catch rabbits!...i have a 31" bitch that catchs rabbits and hares, and the best rabbit/hare dog ive owned, is 29"...size has little to nothing to do with the ability to take small game, but often has a LOT to do with taking BIG game!...lol.

CB, could you shoot me a PM and tell me in more detail about the dogs. Just when you get a moment.
-
who owns the Zeus dog?...i know the dog has been bred from, how are the pups from these breedings turning out?...if the owner of Zeus could shoot me a PM when they get a moment, i would appreciate it, many thanks.

Hi Casso,.. I suppose you could call me a striker, but im not realy technical. I do hit well above my weight though, which is handy. If i had to describe myself, or liken me to anyone fighter, i would have to say old school Igor Vovchanchin(spl?)...although he has more technique..lol. Thanks for all the kind words/pm's guys...im already in nice shape, just need to heighten it, and peak at the right time now...weight wont be a worry with this fight, so thats a load of my mind... Kye,.

Thanks guys,..i know what your saying Gnasher, and the good thing with going Pro, is no one cares about who you are until you have a good record!..lol. Casso, im walking around at 164lbs and 10.2% body-fat...im deadlifting 355lbs, and bench 235lbs...we dont do HEAVY squats, that not how we train our legs, but on monday, i squated 220lbs for 8x10,...so i would say im stronger than most at my size. One of my last Amatuer fights, i fought a guy from New York...they called him the 'Mountain-Man'...he was a wrestler, with good BJJ...im 5-7" and weighed in at 154lbs...he was 6-3" and weigh

I do my strength and cardio training at a CrossFit Gym...although i dont rely on JUST crossfit, i do it atleast 3 times a week,...very good, and the workouts are SHORT, which is perfect!

On september 11th, i will be fighting in Kansas City, my Pro-debut. I have a manager now, and my training is going awesome, im the strongest ive ever been, and its time to see if i can make it in the big leagues. Kind of depressing going from the TOP of the food chain, and starting at the BOTTOM all over again!..lol. Im fighting a guy with a very solid ground game, and he is a good BJJ fighter, with decent wrestling. It will be a good ole' 'Striker Vs Grappler' deal...im not a proud guy, i will NOT be wanting to beat him in a submission match...if it goes to the ground, it will be me on t

Training three times a day, and eating complete shite...i guess steroids DO work!..lol.

Good Job,....finaly bred the Buck skin out of the line eh!?...and we are trying SOOO hard to keep it in!..lol...i see the dreaded "white-shite" that Stitch throws reared its ugly head!..lol...should be belters, VERY nice pups!..

There is NO size limit to a terrier, and no one can say how much game you can or can not get with one of any given size...sure, if your digging Chucks, you would want 10-13" dogs that are 10-13lbs,...but ive dug Chucks with 16" and 23lbs dogs...the problem is, MOST people over here have never seen a good terrier, with a good amount of drive, and so exspect less...when they dont get game with 12" dogs, they think the dogs to big, and breed 10" dogs...when realy they should just cull that shit, and get some dogs with some drive...
-
Ive had dogs with bad temperaments on my yard,...they dont stay long though.
-
kye with the different type of qarry availible to you in the states , if your terrier was to show early promise on ground hog , , would you try them on coon ,that young as i know lads over there say some of them small terries are to small to cope with a big coon in bales and loose under the barns , them coons can be a handfull for them tiny ground hog terriers Hello mate... Im sure you can dig coon with small dogs, and of course people do it,..BUT...ive yet to see a real ground hog type terrier that was an awesome coon dog...there just
-
I know of terriers that where dug at 7 months old, and are still going strong!...but ive had NOTHING but bad luck with early entering!...just stick to what i know know...and thats still hard to get a good terrier!..lol.
-
I realy like my terriers to act like they want to see some work from 6-8 months onwards...but i dont let them have a single taste until around 12-14 months...i show them summat one time at that age....then i hold them back until around the 18-24month age, and give them a fairly easy first season...after that, i give them everything they can take (but i never work them sore)...ive f****d up good dogs in the past, and know im a little older and a little wise, and there is NOTHING to be gained buy entering young, and everything to be gained buy holding them back.

Monkey has a great temperament, and is a great 'Buddy' dog...Chimp is a real nice bitch, i realy hope she works out well...very nice dogs to be around, clean in kennels, great with stock and other dogs etc...Not like Agro, he wants to kill other dogs..lol.
-
You ever get tired of that bitch, theres a home over here for her mate!..lol.
-
Thats a cool little dog, and he sure has some grit to him!,...but to call THAT dog GAME, is a horrible injustice to Game bred dogs.
-
I would say, regardless of coat, colour, size, if it works, its a TERRIER....if it dont, its a CULL.
-
ok FR, no worries...its with B&f now...maybe they can fix it?...if not, you can have first dibs..lol.
-
Im also looking for a place to get a BarryVox locator box,...im in the states, so yank sites are not a problem...so far, ive heard the barryvox box used in conjunction with B&F collars is the way to go?
-
Do you have a link Bryan?...i kinda have to get one fairly soon, as the season will be with us in a few months, and im trying to make up for the terrible season i had last fall/winter, gotta get things sorted before the weather gets here this year!..lol.
