You’d be treated worse than nonces and rapist would if you did tht in the uk , yea one them seem to have two arrows in it befor he puts a third in to bring it down at close range , a lot people would say that it’s rong and should just shoot them one shot clean kill but for me there something about that kinda hunting that floats my boat and something I’d love to try alltho as said above I’d probably prefer to run acouple catch dogs to hold the pig then stick it or go the full medieval caboot and take a good size spear

Yea would be a good bit fun with a runner and a catch / hold dog alltho I wouldn’t use a bow I’d opt for a decent size pig sticking knife

I fully understand what your saying mate , bow hunting is a tricky subject seen some decent clean kills with compound bow but also seen some bad ones , I suppose for me it’s a bit of a primitive passion hunting with longbow /self bow .

Just watched this little clip on YouTube , not going to be to everyones taste but as someone who likes horses , bows ,and hunting a thought it was mint I’d pay go do that somewhere . Guys riding bare back shooting a bow .

Descent waterproof back pack one which is pretty much from top your belt to just blow neck line . Ideal to lean on also fit a flask ,sandwich’s and small first aid kit , and if you get a decent one around £30 there nex5 to no weight could also hold couple large bin bags a hatchet duct tape and a fold up shovel in case you accident mistake some one riding a bike with the silly ears on for a fallow ?

Tell them go try find it cheap and tell you how they get on , bet your waiting a while if the lad as offerd to come in his own time and out his way and take the lads out so they can shoot then don’t see problem ,with asking them cover fuel , ( I’d offer it if it was me ) if the lad was there anyway and he is part of a shoot with the other two novices then you’d think he’d offer the lads to come out anD learn how to do it safely and properly and not charge them as he was going anyway,,,,but some people it’s all about coin

I’ve always wanted be a keeper now I spend most my time out hiding from them and cursing them when they catch me ? but it I do have a lot of respect for them it’s a hard job and can be shit for them at times especially with poachers ,antis, vermin and having to put up with tofu nosed counts talking down to them but there are also keepers out there who are compleat and utter wankers

Had couple flights today out window (car was stoped and not running so still legal ) had couple close calls ending with a foot full pheasant tail feathers had decent slip but missed them female turned in to headge and grabbed what I thought was just grass wich she occasionally does with been young bird tried call her back as unfortunately the field was cross from the gamekeepers house who doesn’t like me even when I’m on permission but when got there she was holding on to a nice cock bird so moved of somewhere quiet to feed her up as not flying for couple days
