    Ditto, and ferrets! Cheers, D.
  2. Ferrets are natural hunters. Even never worked ones will "get the drift" when introduced to a rabbit burrow. If yours worked last season, they'll work this season. Especially if they've been well cared for all the summer, they'll be keen as fek. Good luck. Cheers, D.
  3. We had several from Castle Loch/ Loch Maben, Lockerbie but thats 20 years ago plus! Good luck, Cheers, D.
  4. When asked which I noticed first, a ladies legs or her breasts, I answered "depends on which direction she's going"
  5. You've done very well, they're £1.20 for 6 around here. Try them in omelettes or for baking, they're the best. Lower in cholestrole too, so I'm told. Cheers, D.
  6. Doosta. Welcome back Ditch. Regards, D.
  7. My condolences mate. RIP Celt.
  8. I've got a room like that! Full of mostly missus's shit but my old computer etc is in there. It's in the whelping box.......Pups are 13 month old now. Need a skip methinks! Cheers, D.
  9. Shredded paper is OK providing there are no staples in it! Also if it gets wet it doesn't work as well as hay or straw. Chees, D.

  11. I agree with Skycat, if she's sound, do it now (or asap ) but keep an eye on her. Good luck with the perpetuation of a good working line. Cheers, D.
  12. Several people on here reccomend SACS but I personally have Countryside Alliance. HTH. Cheers, D
  13. Was quite impressed by the first two shows but he looked a bit of a nob again tonight. "I need one on either side of me" Wuss!
  14. Too right mate, still on the lookout for the "beast of Bodmin", That'll test my dogs! Cheers, D.
  15. That what i look like really Milton sterilising fluid, for baby's bottles. Available from any chemists, Mothercare etc. Not the cheapest, but effective.
  16. Yes mate! Get yourself a NV monocular. Available from abou £50 SH or about a one-er new. Check out the reviews in the past NV posts here, look on EBay, etc. When MT shoots with his NV scope I spot with the monocular. Depends on quality, a gen 1+ like mine is nowhere near as good as his gen 3 scope, but for close range stuff it reduces the need to put the gun up on the sticks allthe time. It also helps amplify his scopes "vision" if my monocular is trained on the same target. HTH. Cheers, D.
  17. What about a bow backed triple compartment one. I would be intersted for sure. Cheers, D. As long as it's strong enough to sit on while I'm having a brew! Cheers, D.
  18. Whenever I shoot one out the back, I uchuck it in fresh to the ferrets but usually remove after an hour or so. They've had a b it of a change but I don't leave them in too long as the feathers are a pain to clean out! Cheers, D.
  19. I use hay, straw and shredded paper, dependent on time of year/what I've got. All are OK providing you clean the chamber and change the bedding material regularly. I do this weekly. Also check the ferts for any problems when you handle them every day and there should be few problems. Cheers, D.
  20. What about a bow backed triple compartment one. I would be intersted for sure. Cheers, D.
  21. Very clean! Don't want either but if Carlsberg sold 4 x 4's....... Should get the money easily. Good Luck, cheers, D.
  22. Not sure but he could be some sort of Hawk Moth, seen some very similar last year. Sure someone will correct me when they've researched it. Cheers Rolfe. D.
  23. Nothing like a bit of competition to fire up a dog. Sometimes the chance of a run with another dog "relights the fire" (sorry for the TT quote)! in a dog and they try harder. Just MHO. Speak soon Mark. Cheers, D.
  24. I use a product called "Kennel Clean" from a company called Osmonds (google it, I'm away from the office so I'm not sure if it's .com or .co.uk) It's about 14 Quid for 5 litres and goes 50ml to 2 gallons of wAter. Lasts about a year with a weekly clean. ApProx £4 Quid for quick delivery or free if the order is over 40 quid. Good and safe and easy to use. HTH. Cheers, D.
