  12. I cut 2 lugs off mine and bored a 1" hole in the centre. It's easier but still a faff so I tend to use the Clulite when I think I might need a filter. Cheers, D.
  13. Was lamping a golf course, many years ago and spotted 2 fellas trying to break in to one of the buildings. We lit them right up and they must have thought it was Plod so off they ran, one chap ran straight into the canal and had to swim across to escape. Cheers, D.
  14. A DJ mate of mine sorted these, they're microphone connectors and they lock together. Very good but a bit pricey @ 9 quid a pair but had no probs at all in a year. Cheers, D.
  15. Usually cooked turkey (poultry farm next door LOL), steamed carrots, cabbage, swede, use either Arkwrights or Dr. John complete as a mixer. Weekly dose of organic cyder apple vinegar, cod liver oil, garlic, brewers yeast, eggs. Missus gives 'em markies, gravy bones, pigs ears and tripe sticks as well Cheers, D.

I think the statistic was that at one period of time his books were the most stolen from british public libraries I have one of the misprinted "Modern Ferretting" originals,only a small number were churned out before someone proof-read and spotted the spelling mistake.Like him or loathe him he certainly carved a niche for himself and has anyone since been more prolific?   23. Has anyone else read "The Sett" a novel based on true characters by Ranulph Fiennes? Cheers, D. Yes mate, I have it here. Certainly some of it is true, I knew one of it's characters quite well but it paints a very dark picture of terriermen. As the book moves off this subject I enjoyed the read more. Yes me too mate if your talking about PB. Some of it I KNOW is ballocks but your right about the book. Cheers, D.
  24. Know a chap local whose got one about 14mth Old but he's not on here. Seen the dog run a couple of times and it was bloody quick, about 21"TTS but the lad hasn't done as much with it yet as I would have so early days yet. Cheers, D.
  25. Either those or go to your local motor factors suppliers and ask them for grommets, they have various sizes to fit most size poles and for pennies also Cheers, D.
