  4. Can be vaugely mild to blow your socks off ,if your not a hot hot eater dont use the seeds in your food .Not as hot as Jalapeneos but can still be bad to the unwary enjoy in a nice caserole or stew or like my mrs in a salad for a kick atb
  5. When i got this perm i was warned due to previous attempts at fox control they were lamp shy and boy the first time i lit one up it went like a scolded cat .And even the photons i.,r got them scuttling so its thermal spotter to as close as ,holding it over the scope with pard 007 then on shoot ,done .When your surrounded by lotsa perms your not always the 1 doing the "educating " so have to make do .
  6. You sound like my dad S/D ,when we wanted walkie talkies as kids we got 2 plastic cups and a piece of string and binoculars were 2 toilet roll tubes held together with 2 of mums hairgrips ahh the good old days ,TB ,Ricketts n Gout

  8. I,ve never been on a marsh at 45 degrees before Si, and after 6 hours following a Welsh hill farmer round know the true meaning of tired and then some .Tussock grass,Mires ,unused tree holes ,gulleys streams the whole 9 yds ,a sport for the fit <fit to drop>But a beautiful place to be And sorry S/D but anyone who has a taste for Fox curry has issues ,probably from both ends
  9. From the sound of it S/D needs to be down wind of all of us ,joking aside though Saturday on a friends perm in Snowdonia we stalked in on a sleeping fox about 15 yds below us .And as he was "off menu" watched as he calmly got up and sauntered off ,not a care in the world. Lucky fox as we didnt want to scare off the 3 goats we were tracking ,as it was the so n so,s stayed on the neighbours land so no goat curry for tea today
  10. Yep ,sat in a bush 30 yds ,36g no 6 shot =dead fox ,imho movement and smell are our biggest downfall.Deodorant and toothpaste stinks to a fox as does that curry you had for tea ,dont stink like a brothel and you should do ok

  14. I used to use this ,S/D but now have thermal spotter and Pard NV007 add so its sat in a box ,its the Hawke ,but sold by the chinese as their own.I put the T20 ir on top to increase range .I,d say good for 175yds with the T20 ,without about 120 yds ,like them binos you showed its only a spotter but would get you up close and personal .Cost me 125 quid now about 70 quid off ebay. The thing is foxes can see i/r lights so a new cub or un shot at will be curious but an experienced fox thats been missed will leg it as he thinks red light bang time .I,m happy if you want to try it and see if it
