Flat bands are pretty unreliable in as much as you can get 1000 shots out of one set and 10 out the next go on eBay and get a bunch o ready made ones or if your going to get serious better off buying a rotary cutter and a roll of elastic off eBay and make your own, I cross drilled one of my scouts and fitted looped tubes to it which works well for me and lasts ages ?

I’m no expert but just talking from personal experience use the mig for the cars then get a cheap arc for when your going to start on structural stuff with heavier gauge steel ?

My sons mate got a good number down there driving a bus with for the workers, they put him through his psv licence and he works 14 hour shifts but about 10 of those hours he’s asleep in the bus waiting to take them home at the end of the day

Slightly smaller I think with interchangeable palm Swales, recon he got fed up of the Chinese making them and selling them for £8 a pop so he changed the design a bit, but as you say a great catty and very easy to get good with

Thank you very much for your kind offer but a tent will be fine for me think you better offer rusty a space in the caravan sounds like a nights sleeps going to be more trouble for him than the walk recon he might want a bit of cupboard space as well for his grooming products ?

Just get some bits of scrap and play around all sets have there own quirks and if using an extension lead make sure it’s fully unrolled or it will melt there you go your off oh and get a 4” grinder to tidy up your first shit welds which I’m sure you’ll get

I was the bait boy in the local queer pickup spot many moons ago but even went self employed doing that ?? as it was easier to just be bait then crack them over the head and relieve them of there wallets when they followed me into the woods, well risky but only had to do a few a week rather than sharing it out and doing it every day, what enterprising young men we were back then ????

I can barely read or right, left school with zero qualifications have never owned a credit card and definitely never internet banked, spent most of my late teens in Borstal then jail but like you say mate making money has never been a problem, the modern world has made things a lot harder and I,ve had to adapt but a willingness to graft will always see you through, I had to stop plastering around 18 months back as the old Arthur has took its toll on my joints, I took on a few agency jobs to pay the bills and have now started a new business through contacts made when working for the agency impo
