I thought I was going through a puddle down the lane last week when the water was suddenly coming over the bonnet on my swift I shit myself had to drop down into first to push through thought the car was going to die any second got through and there were 4 motors dead on the grass the other side swift never missed a beat had a right smug smile as I drove by, those japs just know how to make cars, Renault put the air intake on one of there motors in the front spoiler they sucked up water like a hoover and blew up lol

Look up how much water a tree drinks mate it’s amazing yet we are cutting down acres per day, my boy is a ground worker and he’s not long finished a big estate in Berkeley it’s in a valley that fills with water every winter as well all the land around is bog, retaining walls we’re cracking not long after going up drains constantly breaking underground and one house was knee deep in water the day after someone had moved in and had it all furnished,I think a proper natural disaster is the only thing that will save the few that survive just hope I,m around to see it

This is just along the river from me and it’s still rising

This is a few miles upstream from me 3 days ago and it’s getting worse can take upto two weeks for all the rain to come downstream, so an interesting few weeks ahead

Just got back from a dog walk, the river frome is overspilling its banks all the way from the m5 down to the Severn fields slowly filling with water, could be another 2007 style flood around here if the rain don’t stop rather quickly
