    Out of interest ,why 40 yards for zero ? it suits how i shoot vm.... 40yrd is my normal/average shot @40yrd zero i can shoot from 9 to45 yard with just over 1/2ml of hold under at mid range and 50/60/70 are basically on the fist 3 dots, i don't like going over 3 dots cos i gets to easy to cant as I'm not focusing on the main rec

    I've never really kept hold of any mtc's for long Phil and I'm struggling to justify keeping the viper, its no good for dark woods during the day and dusk and lamping are a waste of time!! I'm hawke all the way now, never had an issue or problem with them yet... regarding the rec thing just put in the basic mil ones if your scope isn't listed!! i was using a new pellet that id group tested and worked well but hadn't ranged out... my mate lazed it at 67yrd so i put the info in my phone and it took less than a minute to do and was bang on!! cheating or not it works and id rather spend my time

    Cheers Dave That app is propper handy when your changing between pellet weights, The slimline docent like the h&n's I normally use and there's quite a difference! I'll have to see if the hw95 likes the new ones and use the same, keeps things simple:) Atb si

    well me and my mate got a new rat perm a couple of months ago that lead to the farm next door.. then to all the land behind the farm then to stables and some massive paddocks and thats where we've been tonight, its the first time so it was a learning/watching curve! took the streamline as id been testing daystate rangemasters and there the best so far, one hole groups at 40yrd so the first rabbit dropped at 67yrd lazed and using this.. i know what some are thinking but it works shot taken leaning on a fencepost and the woody could of been taken with a gat gun, it landed about 8yrd away

    I've got one in .177 and it's an ace riffle, it's a proper bag filler! Rabbits and pigeons to 60yrd if the weathers good.. was firing at just under 12 straight out of the box Atb Si

    Bloody bang ,bang boys know this isn't your fac post vm.. I'm not interested with 12's at the moment but one thing i'll be looking at putting on the fac if i get it is a springer in ,177! the hw95 when it was at 15.5flb was ace, and it wasn't till last weekend that i realised how good.... the extremes don't group as well and a rabbit fully dodged a 50yrd shot it might not make a massive difference but it is a noticeable difference, crows sitting at 70yrd are fair game and fold but you've still got to use your skills! but after talking to my fac officer yesterday the 59 days quoted i

    It should not cost you much ,i would say about £10 for materials and 100k for the design ill stick a load of bits in the boot for the northern show Phil, won't cost me out! can't help you out with vm's cut though
