  6. Does anyone know anything about SCANguard for computers, is it genuine ? Its a free download, and seems good.
  7. Thats quality, and very practical to use.
  8. The white lines on the buffalo handle, are part of the make-up of buffalo horn, its not a fault or damage. I put a few drops of gun oil on my knives, dubbin or shoe polish on the sheaths, and a waterproof leather spray on the inside of the sheath. My brother will use nothing else but rubbing a bees wax block over his blades, says it removes any marks, when left for a little time. A good polish for the handle, is any good car wax polish. Quick and easy and good protection.
  9. The jackets look decent quality and only £27, i'm a 48in chest and fit me.
  10. Just an early photo of Seghill Whippets. Thats all i know really. Maybe around 1920s
  11. My garden fence was part of the mineral line, trains ran about 20ft from my house, if we timed it right, as kids we would pull the lever on the coal trucks and get a load of coal straight into the back garden. Happy days
  12. Some bonfire Kay,- i remember a similar bonfire from old sleepers built as a square tower many years ago, in the pit village welfare field. That was some blaze. Great days.
  13. Cameron Brig. My mate was given a bottle when on a shoot in Scotland, and its in my opinion the best by a long way. About £21 a bottle.
  14. Would anyone have a rough coated leggy type Russel pup, or maybe a Lakeland pup. Dog pup prefered. Its for my cousin in Burton On Trent area. Would be a pet mostly, but out and about plenty. 18. 12/12. Still use those phrases every day. Its the youngins today losing the understanding. Just a few days ago, i said to a lad at work, If that fits "Al eat hay with a cuddy",- and only a few older lads knew what i meant.
