    Thought i had it sussed last year.work in norway til 1st december then not go back to work til march.but i f****d it up.blew most of my money over there and had to go back to work in feb,working 13 hour days most day.just to tired yo get the fogs out.jacked that in 3 weeks ago.to late for this season but i won't make the same mistakes this year.got another job 7-3 monday to friday.much better.

    I think katchum being called a bully is totally justified.i spent a terrible 2 years being bullied by him about my hair colour and milky skin.something i can't do nothing about.it really was a sad period,even my friend picked up on it.

    I like a layer of fat.about 10mm over the loin.but i don't buy into "the flavours in the fat" stuff.i think the fat protects from drying out and seals the flavour in but the fat and meat taste different and i never eat the fat and i can taste the difference.

    Never kept pigs so wouldn't know but from my p.o.v they shave lovely.they come out bold. they must be fashionable at the moment because there charging alot for a fatty pig with no shape.give me a tamwoth or an o.s.b anyday.i don't like g.o.s there just always c**ts to shave and the most ignorant pigs i've come across.

    I've killed 1000's of pigs of all breeds and different crosses but only about 6 iron age.i've killed more wild boar than iron age.don't know why there not more popular if everybody says how nice they are.probably best that they don't become the "in" pig to have. I see more and more of those mengalitsa things.look like sheep.

    No,at the time they were nothing special.we had the ones where the roof lifts up and 2 beds come down,little cooker.they were brilliant.
