    Had an e mail back.i have to make a cv and if succesful go over for an interview. Fully qualified with a full e.u slaughter licence.with 16 years experience on cattle,sheep,pigs,goats,horses,calves, water buffalo,alpacas,deer and wild boar.holland here i come i reckon.

    Thanks ted.applied. Actually canada is a place i thought about because my son really wants to visit so thought i could tie the 2 together. also u.s.a.who's that bloke on here that said he'll fix somebody a job if they wanted.anybody remember him.?

    Employed again.slaughtering again but only 40 hours.didn't mind the job but all i did was work and sleep. Now you good people go see if you can find a link to a slaughtering job in holland because i aint got a clue.. I'll give you a "like".

    If i'm going to bust my balls i could do it for more money elsewhere. Plan is holland before going back to norway,back here for a couple of months the N.Z and australia next year.

    Just seen this. 10kg venison 2kg belly pork and cheek. Mince it Add a packet of mrs claus miracle mix Mix right through Press into burgers. I cheat and get the miracle mix (cranberry,herbs,spices and rusk)from work and got lucky on an excellent burger press.my son will make about 200 in a couple hours. Easy as that.

    Good for him.my son loves his football too.he plays in the u13 premiership of his league winning consecutive leagues and cups.finished 3rd this year though with a semi final against the league champions this sunday.
