Don't think we have a Home Bargains around me D, what diameter are those mate. Them one from Sansburys were only about 3mm the ones in the pet shop and Morrisons I guess are about 5mm the robins seem to struggle a bit with them mate. They do like the dried meal worms and the flap jack the the wife buys, she don't know that though Lol. Cheers Arry

When I work at a Amusement park in maintenance I used to drive around the park in a golf buggy. Everywhere I stopped my little Robin would pop up after I fed him the corner of my pasty when it was all covered in snow. Laugh is and think it took me a year to twig it wasn't same one but a different one at every different machine, always wondered how he eat so much Lol. But the best thing I could for getting then to feed of you hand was very small suet pellets the Sansburys used to sell smaller that the rest you can buy and pink. Cheers Arry

Spend a small fortune on feed mate, like to see the bird in me garden. The Black birds are tame they get on the sill and look in the windows at the back and will land on the Ferret hutch when I'm at the Ferrets. But knocking on the window is a new one especially as the knock was just like my brother in-laws knock. Cheers Arry

Sat drinking tea and catching up on the forum, when there's a knock on the window. The curtain still closed thought who the feck is that this early. Go to the door and theres nobody there just a Black Bird siting on the hedge 10 foot away looking at me as if to say "where's me raisins". I aways feed them every morning with a hand full of raisins on top of the Ferret hutch, I know I was a bit late today and the curtains were closed but there getting cheeky. If the curtains are open he sits on the hedge looking at me on the sofa making me feel guilty. But the knock was uncanny just like a mate w

How did shady May pull that off. Any body smell a rat? Go over ask for a extension till June and get and get one till October 31. Should stop all MP's holidays till they get a deal to LEAVE. So still in the EU with no MEP's coming up. Cheers Arry

Personally I have not seen a Big Cat, But a lot of my mates have, good country men. I know one farm were a large black cat was sighted at least 3 times, one sighting was just feet away and still regular sighting around the nearest village. As I have said before most of the sightings around here were about 20 years ago or so, and honestly several sightings a week. The only thing I have seen on one occasion was I put the lamp on and a pair of eyes was reflecting back of the like I have never seen before or since. I don't know what it was but the hairs on the back of my neck stood up as I knew th

I don't think it was that dog, it was a Golden Labrador that was supposed to be injured. Cheers Arry

Used to get them from a pond were I worked. No bait Just waste pipe cut about 6" long blanked at one end, 3 or 4 side by side tie racked (ZipTied) to a engineer brick the ones with holes in. The blanked ends have to have small holes in to allow the water to drain. A rope or cord tied to the brick so that as you lift the open end of the pipe comes up first. A piece of ply wood wired to the brick can be used with a bit of batten to blank the ends of the pipe. Do hope you get what I mean. Anyway there is one in 3 out of 4 pipes usually when I used to do it, think they just go in for shelter

We MIGHT have a Tory Government but Labour are running the show just closing down all the options. You can vote for what every you like but they will DICTATE what you are going to get. Sad sad times peoples democracy is gone. Thats the trouble with MP"s they just will not listen to the people. I think the biggest mistake made was divulging what parts of the UK voted in which way, should have just gave out the final numbers. No excuse for MP's then to say but my constituents voted to stay. Perhaps then they would have more readily excepted the result. Now I think it will be name
