    FFS a true country man has a better idea of size and allowing for dead ground, range etc. All there lives spent working living in the country side knowing all the different animals that live in the environment how they act how they move.     Keith the chips are washed to take the starch of them. Then boiled for two and a half minutes left to dry in the colander for about half an hour then deep fried for about seven minutes at 140c then about two minutes at 180c. They are really the best chips mate, bit of f***ing about but imo worth it. Atb. Cheers Arry

    Do you eat them mate? I know they are edible and I've tried soaking them in milk which is recommended but I still find them bitter. It's amazing how much they look like meat when cut and even bleed red. Cheers Arry
