The early model lower range Hawke scopes are shite for eye relief...really... Tell you the Genuine Tasco scope range are far better for the money... I kill rabbits 12 month of the year, their vermin and the population is out of control... Nearly all the rabbits that have been shot/ferreted lately are full of young... so your best off putting a dent in them now before they explode and theres more to keep down... Depends how you see it though, some just ferret and hang up their nets when the rabbits are in kindle..but what do you do come summer when the fields are rampant with coney... keep on top of them when and how you can..

I'm using the optilocks, as are a few other members, david, etc, I just bought them with rifle banged the swaro on and forgot about them, they are rock solid, never had any probs so far... they are pretty pricey mind for mounts..

Novalicious, get woodga's DVD its the best around.. This will help you out, also as mentioned take a look at the articles, even so, nothing can beat someone helping you along the way with any problems, just practical experience, look for signs that can sometimes be invisible to the untrained eye, like scratches, fur fleck, worn/padded ground, etc ... You can use peg snares in the wooded areas if you require... put some photo's up of your set snares and people will give advice on were your going wrong if needed.. Thing is no one knows everything, and only a fool would say they do.. -

As always DW, like glenn says (sure you have heard him say it many times )the simple methods are best...sometimes people make a whole lot of work for themselves, but I suppose everyones got their preferred methods.... I think the biggest issue with most people is time, its goes nowhere..
