So you have been to a bk fight and watched them dance like strictly FFS Frankam,Rooney ,gorman,mcquin,smith ,gaskin ,fury and list goes on All the above and many more dance like fairys according to you anyway.

It all stems from the internet......once the Gyppo's saw their was a couple of quid to be made from selling video's of their normal everyday stand ups other people have jumped in and now theres become a little cult following of odd little no marks fascinated by watching 2 every day low level fighters have back and forth arguments resulting in a fight......we used to be having straighteners for money every other week to settle differences nobody ever thought to film it as nobody thought anybody else gave a flying bollock !!....its a strange world we now live in.

So bare knuckle fighting is bum fighting? In a ring you have a ref , doctors, trainers and list goes on , Bk you have nothing other than the people that arrange the fight and those coming to see it ,if a man goes down he's allowed to get up and once one says he's had enough that's fight finished,they is no rounds and fights can go on for lot longer than any boxing bouts with rules .

I know years ago a lot of Northern or Midlands footie mobs would drive down the M1 to Chesham,park up and get on the Metropolitan Line which will take you right into the heart of London i think it used to end up at either Liverpool St or Aldgate. Birmingham to Chesham is what 2 hours,then half hour/40 mins on the tube.

Im not sure this protest will get as many people as folk think......maybe it was the only available date but its asking a lot from football lads with a day of fixtures like this ! West Ham v Spurs Millwall v Charlton Man Utd v Man City Southampton v Pompey Plod are certainly in for a busy day on Saturday !

And I've seen fighters who have a reputation dance for a hour like they are on an episode of Strictly lol.

Thats back when amateur boxing was still real fighting but with vests on As i remember Bobby beat Gary Mason in the South East Divs just before getting wiped out by a young Lennox Lewis in an England v Canada tournament. You being an older chap Jukel you might even remember Bobby's father Billy who medalled at the Mexico Olympics in 68 he boxed for Lynn and won at least 2 aba titles,we used to laugh about it as we both had fathers who were better fighters than us ....amateur boxing just seemed so much more competitive back then or maybe its just me reminiscing.

Dont know if you've ever watched that Cooper/Bugner fight but i remember watching it years ago thinking it was a close fight that could have gone either way yet Harry Carpenters commentary made it sound like a total robbery.....as you say Cooper was the nations darling. Not sure if its even available to watch still but the Bugner/Frazier fight was a good close fight, i remember folk saying his most disappointing fight was against Earnie Shavers he'

I've seen men meet up on car parks , industrial estates on waste land ,to say these fights are shite lol fcuk most on here wouldn't last 2 mins never mind upto hour or more of getting poggerd.

My great grandfather was a bare knuckle fighter "Nathaniel Smith"natty " its said he killed someone so he changed his name to Davies ,of course this was many years ago. I think if two men have a problem it's best to have a straightener and shake hands .

Yeah, one of the few decent bare knuckle scraps I've seen. But that was just a straightener in a barn. As I said, the hay bale stuff is shite, lads falling to the ground after nothing, and then when they want out they just lay over the bales lol.

To say it's bums fighting is wrong really it's a completely different type a fighting . Walking with someone out the way and it's no rules takes alot more then putting on gloves and a ref stood there lol

Dysons driven by steroids , he's certainly handy but not in christie's league Most of them fighting wouldnt get a boxing liscence or pass a drugs test to be honest 6oz gloves would be better than bare knuckle , plus better medical care at the ring side

Well obviously his fame and notoriety play a large part , but when fish and chips down my way is 12£/15 a pop, a spud must be a much more affordable takeaway in the land of food banks and expensive food shopping.
