I’m a bit of a stoic and a fatalist mate, so life has to go on. We are lucky to have a grandson who appears to be turning out to be somewhat of a child prodigy and is unashamedly spoilt rotten by us and his Saudi family, but he is pretty grounded. Ive no experience of the modern state school system , both my children were privately educated as is our grandson , so I can’t really give any advice on the subject Cheers.

Terrible mate, no man would want to walk a mile in your shoes and I can’t even begin to imagine the strength of will it took just to keep putting one foot in front of the other every day. This thread was never about autism, Bendigo never said that. I have absolutely no experience or knowledge of autism, so best to adopt the maxim of “say nothing and let people assume I’m stupid, rather than speak and confirm it”.
