Just finished fixing the floor down to the block foundation. Simple trimmed down roof strap job, rawl bolts and screws. Perps are empty on purpose, it’s like it all the way round. Going to fill them with a bit of wire mesh to allow airflow under the floor.

I would be 100% behind a military intervention until democratic elections could be restored. I payed £300( mates rates) just for a plumber to sweat up 2 copper pipes off the boiler and up inside the opposite wall for a new shower/bathroom and plumb a radiator a few weeks back...I had a quote for 3k just for the labour to fit the full bathroom suite and I supply and pay for materials on top...f***ing chancers....so fitted it myself

Doing metal frames I cut lengths accurately and just measure across diagonally to check square and weld accordingly to adjust. Also a big plate square is handy for what little timber jobs I do...
