Over the years I employed many of the these type of lads who nobody wants, lads who had been on the dole, involved in petty crime, smoked weed all day, come from fractured homes or bad situations…..I can count the “culls” on one hand. See I’m a nobody, but I told these lads from the get go “you don’t have to be what everyone thinks you are” I showed them that when they earned respect they got it and those who didn’t deserve it got told to f**k off, I watched these lads grow as men…..all it needed was someone to believe in them, give them a bit of guidance, talk to them and treat them

No different from keeping money in a bank if the Powers out mate. Many young British lads don't want the hard or boring f***ing jobs. There's two that have left my old man's work. Sweeping floors at burmatex carpet tile factory. f***ing lads wanted to be on the forklifts. When they was told they need to sit a course they f****d off. My old many said many have come and gone. Had a few problems installing our cameras and getting them up and running properly plus memory cards for recording sometimes is down to the quality of the manufacturer of where the camera is made and their software they use ?

I used to get loads of random alerts from my cameras too, mainly from trees moving or cats setting them off. Switched to Vivint and it's been way better—fewer false alarms and the motion setting's easier to tweak. The phone app’s been solid as well, no lag when checking footage. I’ve got it set to record only when something actually moves, saves loads of space.

My eldest is up about 8k in a year mate, not gonna get him rich but it’s a help in right direction haha but it is a dodgy one I deffo only use money I don’t need on it haha
