Personally I  would chuck another log on and tell the missus it going to be cold out tonight.. get a piping hot Indian on the go for tea....... and sit back and watch the layers slowly come off one by one! ? ?

We are lucky down here ,haven't had a lot of rain , but still can't get out due to work and had a flu,sickness bug for the last 5 days

I did consider it but I'm a bit of a p@#$y when it comes to getting the r10 soaking wet. Windy I don't mind but wet rifles get me paranoid even after a good drying and oiling ?

My shotgun is the only one used in the rain - I can break it down in an instant, dry it and oil it perfectly before it gets put away again under locks and keys.
