There's a fella got a young Platts bred dog up here, it looks a canny dog, probably not up to the capability of the type Charts has, but I think it would be reasonable if somewhat cumbersome, but cumbersome might be helpful where he exercises this big wolf, I can see him now hauling that big grey carcass in hot pursuit as one of the local roe sets its sights on the next pocket of woodland, heel Fenton heel, step aside Mavis with your Cockapoo, I'm 110 lbs of bounce chunks and Dr John silver medal and I'm not equipped with any traction control

It's pointless getting one thinking they going to be doing everything by year or 18 mts old because ones I've seen was slow starting, one didn't take anything until 18 mts, she'd run but wouldn't strike but once she did she put a end to some stuff.

Like they say you only get out what you put in, put the graft in and most types become handy

Not my dog .I don' t know whose it is. Worth a punt?

Shock collar to cure it? Or even the old fashioned pull back on a rope? Put him in with a big tup? I daresay you could cure him of 90% of his liking for mutton. But you can never be sure in my experience.

Shame it was ever allowed to get an interest in sheep.
