Halloween.....

I must be getting old and grumpy because I hate all of it, Halloween, Christmas, new year, bonfire night, even Easter 

I did used to love bommy night when I was a kid, chucking air bombs in the Chinese, firing rockets over the wall at HMP Holme House and making the biggest fire we could on the back field, I remember one year a lad cut down a telegraph pole for something to build a fire around, this was a time before mobiles

Never really a big thing Halloween from what I remember as a kid and never remember seeing pumpkins like you do now it was hollowed out turnips for us.   bommy night was the big thing as kids for us collecting wood weeks before then guarding the bonfire as gangs of other kids us included would set fire to other gangs bommys before the 5th of November.

But I'll be back at the house around. Mid day after being gone last 20days dealing with a bunch of men act like women on there periods , so probably take a nap wait for her to get off work and see what happens, wouldn't mind a haunted house or something but idk both of us are pretty spent probably just stay home and watch a movie or something....
