Not blisters mate lol think its tendon or ligaments In My Heel but my other leg aches cramps up  doing all the work while the others limping doing my f***ing head in 

When you take your dog to the bone man ask if he will check your foot over aswell he will probably recommend 6 weeks rest and 40 mins in the portamag every night on number 4 and put a drop of bone radial on it every night for 2 weeks, stink the house out with that weird smokey smell it got
