Don’t think it was that well keepered, I never bumped into one and use to go to most of them in one day week in week out for several years, have you ever run anywhere on the fens ? Suppose you don’t need to when you’ve got them and the land on your doorstep

Yes mate ive had days all over threw the years some great runs up.that coast otherside the wolds skeg Boston spalding holbeach some huge land on them wolds tbere aye

Hes toe is finally down no swelling didn't even last a run around lol 

So the  end  part of the the toe is coming  off still.have pad etc 

I had exactly the same with a dog I had years ago out of fh Charlie, kept going lame on it so had the end of the toe off but left the pad on to cushion the rest of the toe, one of the front middle toes it was, still ran well after it

Much better off being the inside toe, if they have to have outside one off on the front it affects there turning ability

Might be worth asking that bone man in Donny if he knows of any good greyhound vets that will do it or give a second opinion, a lot of normal vets haven’t got a clue what there doing when it comes to running dogs, I know of a real good one just outside Manchester but might be a bit far for you, he repaired a tendon in that fireman toms bitch belle and she was fine after and took a toe off one of my bitches

Yes mate swelling only been down a week the toe the right shape to be fair the vet.was apologetic but the swelling kept it straight id say but yes saved me 7 week.she said its healed no chance of infection I.thought aye ive been struggling with that the last 6 week.worst part is ourlass has been.ssying it since the start the biggest lump was there even when healing
