Agreed if your looking for working homes for them you can have a free line of this dog I have here he’s bred to the hilt you can come out see him run if you want as well we lined his half sister twice

I would go for a good proven track greyhound. I take it where you are you would be looking for a stayer. You will end up with a more even litter aswell.

Good base line to start and perhaps give you better future options if you wanted something a little different. Atb which ever way you go about it

a don’t know a lot about greyhounds, what does stayer mean when it comes to them?

Also.... Imo try and find one that has ran at the highest grade ( opens) and that has ran a lot of races at that grade for most of it's racing career, meaning that it has stayed sound

I wouldn’t piss about with straight greyhounds to be honest if I was after breeding a dog for work out of a deerhound for working deer,hare and fox I’d go straight for a lining with a good line bred saluki bull grey doing the job.
