thefensarefarbutistillgo 2,741
Your not going to find many or if any working or coursing pure greyhounds nowadays mate, your best off looking for a good staying racing dog Quote Link to post
thefensarefarbutistillgo 2,741
In fact your better off looking for a well bred saluki Lurcher coursing dog, that will offer a lot more than a greyhound Quote Link to post
Moocher71 4,295
Maybe get in touch with Dave sleight or even Dave platts ,both men keep Deerhound xs and Dave sleight runs track dogs and both are involved in producing Deerhound lurchers that are fit for purpose. Quote Link to post

Yanh1 49
alright lads. Cheer for the replies, only problem with putting a cross over her i was slightly worried of what the pups would throw. I was told the first cross deerhound greyhound is a better base to start at , as she’s a pure a thought if i put a Bull X over her for talking sake, i would have wee heavy bull pups, some a bit more to the grey and deerhound aswell. What’s all your thoughts? A saluki grey would be best for the ground run for over her probably. But thought i’d be better getting a first cross first and do the coursing cross down the line. 1 Quote Link to post

Just out the deerhound and get a coursing bred you kill things then You got the best ten dderhound crosses and the. Best ten coursing breds and ran all game it would.be comical like England women's against England mens team Quote Link to post
